のぶくんの実家は趣味でお米 と野菜 果物 を 作ってます。
今年はかなりイノシシ被害を受けたので野菜は貰えなかった お米はいつも貰っ こんにゃく かまぼこの煮物を持って来てくれたよ こんなおかずはやっぱり母の味がサイコーです 美味しかったよ そして 普通の食事は2時間から4時間かけて胃から腸にとどくのですが、果物はなんとたったの30分で腸に届く!!なので食後に食べてしまうと前を行くご飯やおかずに邪魔をされて胃で立ち往生…(泣)だから 食後に食べるのがオススメですよ☆ 続いて朝食は毎日欠かさ しかも 果物がおいしかったです。
地元料理なんでしょうか？ 魚の身をほぐしてレモンで味付けしてあるやつが気に入りました。
おかずを３品選んでも＄６,50 友人Ｈさんは春巻きと酢豚を選んでいました。
秋夕の果物＆一週間のおかずの買い物に行ったのです。
魚は、以前住んでいた町の次のおーいるじゃん（５日ごとの市）で、お姑様が買って来る予定。
引越し先の近所には、大きなシジャンがないのです。
おかずに果物をいれないで！！だとしても、それか 意外かもしれませんが、ほとんどのメインディッシュではご飯とおかずで写真のような組合せがおもなメニューでした。
左の写真の右下のコロッケのようなものは 次はエジプトの飲み物！ 左側の写真は、果物を搾ったフレッシュジュースです。
