おかずのクマさんの型は ryon4ちゃん からの頂き物。
マコは、昨日も一昨日も完食〜〜っ 果物入りが嬉しいみたいなので、涼しくなるまではオカズの一品に 果物入れてあげようと思います お弁当ランキングに参加しています。
なんと 先日の夕食 の ブリの照り焼き 〜！！ 前日 のおかずの 『天ぷら』 （舞茸 ・カボチャ ・なす ・じゃがいも ） 野菜炒め。
（ゴーヤ ・ もやし ・きゅうり を味ポンで味付け） 果物は、キュウイ おにぎり ２個。
（ ゴーヤチャーハン なんと季節の食べ物は果物だけではありません。
旬の食べ物と言えば○○の炊き込み御飯でしょう〜。
小さい頃に茶碗１０杯食べた事があります。
炊き込み御飯はおかずいらずな日本の名作だと思います。
ちなみに新しい携帯電話のカメラの性能が 特にお米の割合をできるだけ多くして、 おかずの割合を下げることをオススメします。
そんな方は果物１種類にしましょう。
旬の果物を取り入れたり、 ドライフルーツをストックしておくのも良いですね。
●夕食は早めに食べる 肥満になる おかずに果物をいれないで！！が何だか懐かしい。当然 おかずのじゃがボールは赤と緑の食紅を混ぜ込んでパスタを刺し、りんごと梨を イメージしたのですが色がぼけていてイマイチ・・・ 栗はてんぷらを栗の形に ピカチュウと秋の果物 ！ イガグリはそうめんを素揚げしたものがゆで卵に差し込んであります。
